My client Alexis has been battling with apnea and overweight at the same time. He went through a very intense surgical procedure to cure the first having his entire face displaced towards the front to free his trachea. This was accompanied by a reposition of his jaw. Some facial muscles became lazy as a result so he just called me and told me he wanted a headshot where he looked "the coolest".

Well, after some ups and downs during the photo session I came up with this headshot he's diggin' very much. I started photographing him on his other profile and once I noticed this one was way much better and flattering I shot some other headshots using this side.
