Bill Pender is a Portrait, Beauty, Fashion and Headshot photographer located on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. He has been practicing photography for over 40 years as a hobby and as sideline business after learning the basics with film photography in High School.

Bill recently semi-retired from another type of business and moved permanently to Hilton Head Island and established 3b photography to pursue is long term ambition of being a full time professional photographer. He maintains a studio in his home and also shoots regularly on location.
