John Stalowy began his love affair with photography in 1973 in Chicago. John
is an award-winning photographer whose work includes natural head-shots, awe-inspiring landscapes,
modern and contemporary still-life’s, and architectural imagery. Living in a small town in Montana demands knowledge of all styles of photography. That being said, John Stalowy Productions offers a full line of services including aerial photography, product photography, and portrait photography.

John believes in constant education and creative evolution. He has studied with Marc
Hauser, George Lepp, Tim Grey, Rodney Lough, as well as Ansel Adam’s printers, George DeWolfe, Howard Bond, and Richard Neuman. John is the only Phase One Certified Photographer in the state of Montana and is a member in good standing with AIAP, ASMP, PPA, IAPP, and NAPP.

John’s state-of-the art 3,000 square foot studio utilizes Profoto lighting and Phase One Equipment and Software. All of this is located in the beautiful art community of Bigfork Montana "where Flathead Lake begins." John's passion for his art is clearly seen in the images he captures and in his energetic approach to creating new work.
