A great headshot doesn't just show people what you look like. It shapes what they think about you before you've had the chance to say a word. That's an extraordinary amount of responsibility for a single photograph, and it's something I've taken seriously for more than 25 years. I don't approach headshot photography as simply an exercise in good lighting, a confident expression, or some technical perfection. Those are the fundamentals, not the objective. The real work is understanding who you are, what you want to communicate, and who needs to believe it. Whether you're building a business, advancing your career, or representing an organization, your photograph has a job to do. My job is to make sure it does it.
